AIM

To provide managers and supervisors with the skills to deal with personal problems for staff and so achieve a productive happy working environment.

TARGET AUDIENCE

The course is aimed primarily at developing the counseling skills of people at work who have had little or no formal training on the subject of counseling. It is especially appropriate for managers, supervisors and other staff in a position of responsibility for others.
