It was formed to provide offshore company services to the employees and clients of Heston (Middle East) Limited. The idea behind the company is to provide cost effective Manx companies and Invoicing Services and   provide for the basic management services necessary to run such a company effectively.

From its offices in the Isle of Man, OCM provides registration and management services relating to offshore private limited companies that are mainly tax exempt or non-resident (presently subject to a moratorium on their incorporation) or dormant companies. We only offer Isle of Man companies because   we feel that these can meet all of the conditions expected from an off shore company.
