Oxford Corporate Management Company Limited (OCM) is a private company, incorporated in the Isle of Man. It was formed to provide offshore company services to the employees and clients of Heston (Middle East) Limited a company providing technical consultancy and training services throughout the Gulf Region. The idea behind the company is to provide cost effective Manx companies and provide for the basic management services necessary to run such a company effectively.
As an Isle of Man Company, Oxford Corporate Management Company Limited (OCM) conforms to the highest standards of company law found in any offshore center. The Financial Supervision Commission presides over some of the best investor protection laws in the world.
From its office in the Isle of Man, OCM provides registration and management services relating to offshore private limited companies that are mainly tax exempt or non-resident (presently subject to a moratorium on their incorporation) or dormant companies. We only offer Isle of Man companies because we feel that these can meet all of the conditions expected from an off shore company. We believe this keeps the costs as low as possible to our clients.
We offer impartial advice on the suitability of using an Isle of Man Company subject to the clients requirement. We place a particular emphasis and importance on providing a personalised and confidential service for each client.
Much as we place importance on client confidentiality, we are also obliged by law and our own high standards to ensure that we deal only with clients of the highest integrity. To assist us, clients are usually vetted through seeking references and other means.
We can also provide a general range of other offshore services including invoicing and/or re- invoicing, client accounting, VAT registration to name a few of the services designed to meet the needs and requirements of the client.
We can provide the services of resident Directors, Company Secretary, Registered Office and nominee shareholders for companies, and as such the beneficial owner need not, on paper be associated with the company.
