Isle Of Man Companies

Companies are either Public Companies or Private Companies. Private Companies are not permitted to offer their shares or other securities to the general public and are not required to file their Annual Audited Accounts at the Public Registry with their Annual Return. Ordinarily, all companies must produce annual audited accounts but Private Companies which are either Exempt or Dormant are allowed by law to dispense with the production of annual audited accounts. There are no restrictions on the number of members of, or on the transferability of Shares (except to the public as mentioned before), in a private company.
