The provision of resident directorships and resident company secretary services at the rates above is purely to enable companies to meet their obligations with regard to Isle of Man Company law and to sign statutory documents. It does not entitle the client to hold out such persons as officers or employees of the company in any other capacity. These services are governed by strict agreements and indemnities, which will be entered into prior to formation of any company.*
The idea behind OCM is to provide an uncomplicated and straightforward service to clients and to minimise the cost to the client. We will, however, advise on more complicated structures if required to do so, but obviously at an increased cost.

We offer a fully flexible invoice issue and collection service that is designed to suit all your needs. The cost of this service is £100 per month (or you can view it as £100 for each invoice issued and collected subject to a maximum fee of £100 in any month) and this includes VAT at 17.5% if applicable. You can use this service as you please, i.e. in any month you don't have an invoice to issue or collect then there is no fee to be paid. You may stop using the service at any time and then resume at a later date if you wish and only pay for those invoice we have issued and collected on your behalf.
