Posting for registered clients, and confidential advice to our clients
if & when required. |

HRC allow the clients
to decide whether they wish to control the recruitment process
themselves, or request HRC to complete the process

If the Client controls the process:

HRC provide user
friendly search facilities, including a facility to upload a knowledge
test for candidates to complete. |

|
On-Line Tracker for
candidate responses / test results. |
|
|
If HRC control the process:
|
|
HRC will contact
candidates as per Heston's ISO 9002 recruitment procedures, and only
candidates that have confirmed their availability will be submitted for
the position. |

|
CV's and additional
recruitment information will be e-mailed to the client.
|
|
|
HRC only charge a recruitment fee upon successful
recruitment of a candidate. |
