The Heston Group was formed more than 25 years ago, primarily to provide Human Resource Solutions to the Hydrocarbon Industry throughout the Middle East.  Whilst this has remained the core focus of the group for which we are ISO 9001: 2000 accredited, the company has naturally evolved into a broad resource solutions provider throughout the Middle East, United States of America, Africa, Asia and Europe.

Our services have remained primarily within the Hydrocarbon and Construction Industries, but versatility and rapid deployment / life support techniques and capabilities have allowed us to provide broad ranging solutions to the Military, Prime Contractors, the UN and NGOs in all operational environments.  A fundamental policy that has been a key aspect of our success is that of a local presence and strategic Joint Venture Partners, via fully licensed, legally compliant, and accountable offices.
